Due to being a smaller brand, returns are unfortunately not accepted at this time. To avoid unwanted items, please confirm with size guides.

If any errors occur, such as damaged, wrong, stained, broken, or lost items, fill out the contact form attached or email us at info@achieveddesires.com.

Each product is quality checked before release, but one or two mistakes may slip through our hands.

Items that have been visibly worn or forcibly damaged will not be able to be returned.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? AND HOW DO YOU SHIP?

Shipping methods inside the UK are sent Royal Mail Tracked 24.

International orders are sent Royal Mail International Tracked.

Some countries only take International Signed and not Tracked, so we may have to change your shipping method when it is shipped out but you will be notified.
- Your item may be refunded if Royal Mail doesn't ship to your Country/Region.

When shipping internationally, customs fees and charges may apply, this is entirely out of our hands!
HOW DO I CHECK THE PROGRESS OF MY ORDER?

Once an order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation DEPENDING on which option you've picked. If you've picked the tracking number option, you'll receive a number so you can follow your order.

Small-quantity releases, will be dispatched as soon as we can get them out.
